Colourful printed, embroidered and woven fabrics with co-ordinating wallpapers are inspired by the colours of the Riviera. A collection of opulent velvets take inspiration from Venice and its rich art history.Embossed vinyl wallcoverings and wide-width linens for drapery are offered in a cool soft palette, as well as a collection of dual-purpose checks, stripes and semi-plains. (1) MANAROLA WALLPAPERS

The Italian Riviera is the inspiration for this collection of non-woven wallpapers in which the typical colours of the region predominate: citrus tones; raspberry; terracotta; aquamarine; azure.

MANAROLA is one of the five villages on the coastline of Liguria in north-west Italy which comprise the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

(2) RIALTO

Four dual purpose woven fabrics for contemporary interiors take their names and inspiration from the lagoons of north-east Italy of which the Lagoon of Venice is the most famous. The soft colour palette features stone, silver, linen and moss with various tones of Venetian blue.

(3) CASTELLO

A semi-plain two-tone chenille in vibrant colours such as mandarin, coral, raspberry, mint, lemon, azure and turquoise is also presented in neutral tones of linen, stone, silver and pebble. Excellent Martindale abrasion (40,000). Castello is the largest of the six sestieri of Venice dominated by the castellated Arsenale of the Venetian Republic.
CASTELLO is a perfect colour co-ordinate for many of Osborne & Little’s patterned fabrics including those in the MANAROLA collection.

 

(4) SIROCCO

A collection of wide-width curtaining fabrics in predominantly neutral colourings of linen, white, ivory, stone and silver together with soft tones of aqua, sky blue, duck egg and bronze.

Six of the eight designs in the collection are composed of pure linen. SIROCCO is the famous wind which blows from the Sahara across the Mediterranean; all the designs have names associated with winds and the mythology of winds from around the globe.

 

(5) PEMBROKE

A pair of dual purpose fabrics with exceptionally high Martindale abrasion (100,000) inspired by the Celtic weaving traditions of Wales. Henry Tudor, later King Henry VII of England, was born in Pembroke Castle in West Wales. The colour palette offers a full range of versatile neutral tones such as ivory, sand, slate and grey as well as more vibrant scarlet, claret, azure, mustard and pistachio.
ANGLESEY is a companion woven collection with a similar Celtic theme.

 

 

(6) CARESSE

A faux pony skin with an exceptionally soft handle. This versatile fabric in a complete contemporary palette with the essential neutral tones of ivory, stone, linen, pewter and steel together with more vivid turquoise, strawberry, plum, peacock, mandarin and azure.
