Recreating the intricate tropical leaf design required over 50 hours of detailed 3D modelling, file preparation and CNC engraving to achieve the depth, flowing lines and natural texture shown in the original concept.

Crafted from ash wood and finished with a rich dark stain, the completed panel was made into a custom sliding door to conceal the bomb-shelter entrance in the customer’s condominium. The result is a striking Balinese-inspired feature that combines advanced CNC craftsmanship with the warmth and character of natural timber.
