Recreated a damaged writing tablet for Nanyang Technological University (NTU) using durable phenolic board. The replacement was carefully measured and produced through double-sided CNC machining, ensuring the shape, mounting points, recessed features and edges closely matched the original component.

After fabrication, the CNC-machined tablet was installed on-site to replace the damaged unit and restore the lecture theatre seating. This project demonstrates Danovel’s capabilities as a local manufacturer of precision-made replacement parts, custom CNC components and small-batch solutions for repair and refurbishment projects.
