CNC-machined door handle profile with a smooth recessed grip integrated directly into the timber panel. Several prototypes were produced to refine the groove depth, rounded internal profile, edge thickness and overall comfort before selecting the final design.

The handle profile was tested on different wood species to compare machining quality, grain appearance, strength and finishing results. Each sample responds differently during CNC routing, so prototyping helps us select the most suitable material and cutting parameters for a clean, comfortable and durable handle solution.
